My Favorite Fall Recipe: Blogtober Continues!

Happy October!  I’m continuing to participate as often as I can in the DC Ladies Blogtober challenge (check out more info here).  Today I’m checking in with my favorite Fall recipe.  Whether you focus on eating clean and healthy or not (you should…), it’s important to shake things up occasionally (pun intended).  Everyone gets bored with the same things all the time.  A colleague of mine is currently obsessed with all the pumpkin-related offerings at our local Trader Joe’s, so I thought the perfect recipe to share is the one that is a big part of my Fall healthy eating plan — Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake!

If you’ve read About Me at all, you know that I have a business besides this blog with a wonderful wellness and skin care company.  Our vegan protein is awesome, healthy, delicious, convenient to get online – and makes a great pumpkin shake.  Recipe below!

Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake

2 scoops Arbonne vanilla protein powder (check out more info here, or use 1 serving of your own protein)

1/2 – 1 scoop of Arbonne Fiber Boost powder (more fiber = feel more full and burn more calories!)

1/4 cup organic (if possible) pureed or canned pumpkin

Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste (a few shakes)

9-11 ozs of water with ice*

Blend and enjoy!

*Substitute unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk for creaminess.  Almond is my favorite!
