If you’ve read this blog before, you know that I like to spotlight other bloggers’ posts that really relate to my key message: small changes over time can make a tremendous difference in our health and in our success. This week I found a great list from mindbodygreen.com that shows us 20 simple things we can do to be healthier, honor ourselves, improve our moods and generally take care of ourselves. I’m working with affirmations right now and seeing tremendous differences in my attitude and in my business (blog post to come on that soon!).
