Clean Eating and Detoxing – How?

Vibrant ProduceHere’s a quick post to let you know that I am starting an online support program on Monday June 30th for Clean Eating and Detoxing.  I find that in the summer we’re often worried about getting into a swimsuit, feeling like we should get healthy and be active in the lovely weather, or simply having more time to think about cooking for ourselves.  Maybe now is exactly the right time to try something new!

We eliminate allergenic and irritant foods for 30 days.  We replace one to two meals a day with a vegan protein shake.  We incorporate a 7-day digestive cleanse in the middle of the 30 days.  We eliminate acidic soda and coffee and aim for an alkaline diet.  We add lemon water to help regulate pH.  And, we have a private Facebook group for support, recipe ideas, and celebrations of success.
